How do payments work?
We take a £100 non-refundable booking fee to secure your date in our diary! The remaining balance would then be due 6 months before the event date, if your event lands within this 6 month time-frame the full payment would be due upon booking.

How far do you travel?
We are based in Cheshire East with an approximate 80 mile radius that we work within. If you're unsure of how far your venue is from us, just pop us an enquiry, and we can let you know!

When should I enquire?
NOW! Don't leave your favourite suppliers until last minute! We work two years in advance and we are very lucky to say we are booked & busy! Our summer bookings fill up the quickest, with Saturdays & Sundays being the most popular.

How much do you charge?
The prices differ from couple to couple. There are numerous factors that effect the price; season, distance & package type! Prices are only ever discussed via an official enquiry. No pricing will be discussed over social media platforms.

Do you learn new song requests?
Your aisle entrance, aisle exit & first dance are yours to choose! Whether they are on our Song List or not! The rest of the setlist can be discussed during your 1-1 consultation with us a couple of months before the big day. You can pick as little or as many songs as you'd like from our repertoire, see HERE

So please please pleaseeeee check your spam/junk when waiting for a reply back. Monday-Thursday is when you will most likely get a response from us as the weekends are usually filled with events!

Are you PAT Tested & Insured?
YES! All of our equipment is PAT Tested each year in February and our PLI is renewed annually also. Certificates of these can be provided if the venue should ask for them!
